glorycloud's Diaryland Diary

the revelatory function of the cross

It is 10:13 AM Wednesday morning here in west Michigan. It is a sunny late Summer morning. I should go somewhere and kiss a tree. Someday there will be no trees.

I got up this morning around 7 o'clock AM. I got up warmed up a cup of coffee and then messed with our main computer. After messing with our main computer I ate plastic waffles for breakfast and then wrote in my paper diary. After writing in my diary I read a book I received in the mail yesterday titled, 'Participating in Christ: Explorations in Paul's Theology and Spirituality' by Michael J. Gorman. Carol got home from work around 8:40 AM and has gone to bed for the day. She works tonight and then if off till Friday. The first week of October Carol will away for a week with old girlfriends.

Last night I filmed a video for my Youtube channel and read till bedtime, 'Participating in Christ' by Gorman. Now it is another day in the Dead Zone. I need to finish mowing the lawn sometime today. Well not much else new to report. I also got in the mail another book titled, 'Sontag: Her Life And Work' biography by Benjamin Moser. I have reading the writings of Susan Sontag since High School 1968.

Well I suppose I will close to drift.
