It is another extremely cold gray day. We are suppose to have sunshine tomorrow. One can always hope. I got up this morning around 6:30 AM. When I got up I found my wife frying an egg in the kitchen. I got myself a glass of ice water and ate some frozen waffles toasted for a morning meal. After breakfast I messed with our main computer. Carol left for errands this morning and just got back. I have been reading these books this morning for devotions- 'John Ruusbroec: The Spiritual Espousals And Other Works' [The Classics Of Western Spirituality] 'The Philokalia' The Complete Text compiled by St Nikodimos of the Holy Mountain and St Makarios of Corinth Volume One 'An Ocean Of Light: Contemplation, Transformation, and Liberation' by Martin Laird 'Mysticism: A study in the nature and development of Man's spiritual consciousness' by Evelyn Underhill Last night after Carol went to bed I made a video for my Youtube channel and read late into the night more of the novel 'Moonglow' by Michael Chabon. We babysat yesterday Josie and Cora. Emily and Caleb came over in the evening and had dinner with us before taking the girls home around 6 o'clock PM. I plan to do nothing today but drift.
