It is a cloudy over caste day. It is 53 degrees and it is raining lightly. I got up this morning around 6:20 AM. When I came upstairs I found Carol gone, she left early this morning to have breakfast with a friend. I spent the morning writing in my paper diary and reading from a book titled, 'New Testament Theology' by Eckhard J. Schnabel. I left the house around 9:55 AM to go see about getting new glasses and then after that drove over to Bluestocking Bookshop to look at their used books-I bought these used books- 'Joe Hill: The IWW & the Making of a Revolutionary Working Class Counterculture' biography/American History by Franklin Rosemont 'After the War' A Novel by Herve Le Corre Translated from the French by Sam Taylor 'American Midnight: The Great War, A Violent Peace, And Democracy's Forgotten Crisis' American History by Adam Hochschild 'Selected & New Poems' Poetry by Jim Harrison 'Black Earth: The Holocaust As History And Warning' European History by Timothy Snyder 'The Rainy Season: Haiti Since Duva Lier' Caribbean History by Amy Wilentz 'Illuminations: Essays and Reflections' Edited and with an Introduction by Hannah Arent Translated By Harry Zohn 'A Confederate General from Big Sur, Dreaming of Babylon, & The Hawkline Monster' three novels by Richard Brautigan It is now 12:40 PM I will close to drift. I have been reading in the afternoon and evening hours from a book titled, 'The Remembered Part' A Novel by Rodrico Fresan Translated From The Spanish By Will Vanderhyden.
