glorycloud's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- a battle cry for rebels It is 2:35 PM Sunday afternoon. It is 67 degrees and mostly sunny. It feels like Spring today. But I am sure we will still see some icy cold weather before Summer comes. Spring here in south western Michigan is short. I got up this morning around 7:45 AM. When I came upstairs I found Carol getting ready to go to church. Before Carol left for church we had a time of prayer. I spent my morning writing in my paper diary, I filmed a video for my Youtube channel and read from a book titled, 'The Transfiguration of Christ-An Exegetical And Theological Reading' by Patrick Schreiner. This afternoon I have been reading from a book titled, 'American Fictions 1940-1980' by Frederick R. Karl. It is a new week and my week looks empty as usual. I am thankful for empty days. I am thankful I am an old man who can just drift through Time. Soon my days will be over and I will be in Glory. I will close to wait it out. "[27] But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God. 2:48 p.m. - 2024-03-03 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
