It is 79 degrees and sunny today. It is Autumn everything is turning brown/drying out/green is disappearing once again. The seasons come and go. I got up this morning around 7:30 AM. When I came upstairs Carol was dressed and planning to go grocery shopping. Before she left I made a pot of oatmeal for our morning meal. After eating our mush we read from the Bible/New Testament/The First Epistle of Peter-closed in prayer. Carol left and I spent the morning writing in my paper diary and reading from these two books-'The Psalms A Christ-Centered Commentary' Volume 1 Introduction: Christ and the Psalms by Christopher Ash and 'How To Read & Understand The Psalms' by Bruce K. Waltke & Fred G. Zaspel. Carol got home around 10:23 AM from grocery shopping. We left for my doctor's appointment/yearly wellness check-up at 12:25 PM. After my doctor's appointment before going straight home we drove over to Fennville District Library to check to see what had come in new in the Used Books For Sale Room. I bought these used books today at the Fennville District Library Used Books Store Room- 'War Dances' short stories by Sherman Alexie 'Fidel And Che: A Revolutionary Friendship' biography by Simon Reid-Henry 'Post-Humous Memoirs Of Bras Cubas' A Novel by Machado de Assis Translated by Margaret Jull Costa & Robin Patterson 'My Paper Chase: True Stories of Vanished Times' A Memoir by Harold Evans We got home around 3 o'clock PM. So has gone by the last day of September 2024. I am tired so I will close for now. All I have attempted to read today, 'Herscht 07769 Florian Herscht's Bach Novel' by Laszlo Krasznahorkai Translated from the Hungarian by Ottilie Mulzet.
