Used Book Sale

It is 2:15 PM Thursday afternoon here in West Michigan. It is snowing heavily right now outside. It has been predicated to be dry tomorrow, no snow or rain in the forecast.

This morning Carol and I went to to a Used Book Sale in Hudsonville at their public library Gary Byker Library. Carol and I both bought a lot of used books. Carol always buys more used books then me, because she buys used books for other people. Here is a list of the used books I bought today-

'Anatomy of a Miracle' A Novel by Jonathan Miles

'New And Collected Stories' by Alan Sillitoe

'Playing With Fire: The 1968 Election And The Transformation Of American Politics' by Lawrence O'Donnell

'Seduction of the Minotaur' by Anais Nin

'Ruling Britannia: A Political History of Britain 1688-1988' by Glyn Williams & John Ramsden

'The Inkblots: Hermann Rorschach , His Iconic Test, And The Power Of Seeing' by Damion Searls

'Stanton: Lincoln's War Secretary' biography by Walter Stahr

'Belonging 1472-1900: The Story Of The Jews' Volume Two by Simon Schama

'Lost Memory Of Skin' A Novel by Russell Banks

'Making It Up' A Novel by Penelope Lively

'The Harvester' A Novel by Gene Stratton-Porter

'P.G. Wodehouse' [Literary Lives] by Joseph Connolly

'N.C. Wyeth: A Biography' by David Michaelis

'A Nation Without Borders: The United States And Its World In An Age Of Civil Wars, 1830-1910' by Steven Hahn

'Goddess Of The Market: Ayn Rand And The American Right' by Jennifer Burns

'Confessions of the Flesh: The History of Sexuality' Volume 4 By Michael Foucault

'I Cannot Get You Close Enough' Three Novellas by Ellen Gilchrist

'Taiko: An Epic Novel Of War And Glory In Feudal Japan' by Eiji Yoshikawa Translated by William Scott Wilson

After the used books sale we visited a near by thrift store and then drove back to Holland. Before coming home we stopped for lunch and after lunch stopped at Blues Stocking Book Shoppe. So went by our morning and early afternoon hours.

I will close to feel wasted.
