I got up around 6 o'clock AM. I got up and found Carol in her spot in the living room. This morning around 7 o'clock AM Carol left to have breakfast with a friend. I spent the morning writing in my paper diary and seeking to wake up. I did film a Friday Reads video for my Youtube channel this morning. I plan to do nothing today but feel exhausted. This morning we shut up the house and turned on the air conditioning unit to cool the house down. Last night we went to bed early.
