glorycloud's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- to see God means to follow Christ in a life of virtue It is 11:33 AM late Sunday morning here in West Michigan. It is a very cold gray day. It is not snowing, so that is nice. It is predicted to snow next week, but just a light snow fall. I am writing early because at Noontime today we start once again watching professional football playoff games. Watching football is a way to kill time in the death flow. Yesterday we watched football all day into the night. Carol and I did go down the street around 4:30 PM to have dinner with our oldest son and his family (our oldest son Caleb has his 40th birthday this morning). We were back home from Caleb's around 6:45 PM. We turned on TV to watched football. I was up this morning around 6:15 AM. Carol was reading the Bible when I got up. I spent the morning writing in my paper diary and reading from a book titled, 'Jan Van Ruusbroec Mystical Theologian Of The Trinity' by Rik Van Nieuwenhove. I have been reading while watching football a book titled, 'The Shape Of Water' An Inspector Montalbano Mystery by Andrea Camilleri Translated by Stphen Sartarelli.
