glorycloud's Diaryland Diary

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

the path to Utopian emotionalism

It is 12:24 PM Wednesday afternoon. Right now we are in the midst of a severe thunderstorm. We had powerful winds blow through and knock over a tree that is now blocking our driveway. Carol says the city will come and clear out the tree.

Besides the thunderstorm it has been a normal for me. I have spent the morning writing in my paper diary and reading from a book titled, ‘Main Currents in American Thought: The Beginnings of Critical Realism in America, 1860-1920′ Volume Three By Vernon Louis Parrington.

There is really not much else to report this afternoon. Last night I mainly read, ’Main Currents in American Thought: The Beginnings of Critical Realism in America, 1860-1920’ Volume Three By Vernon Louis Parrington. Carol and I both went to bed early.

I will close to wait out the severe thunderstorm and read.
