diary-keeping

It is 3:12 PM Thursday afternoon. It is snowing right now. I am tired, but I am going to list the used books we found at thrift stores today. After my doctor's appointment this morning on way home we stopped at thrift stores since why not.

'The Monkey's Wrench' A Novel by Primo Levi Translated From The Italian By William Weaver

'The Distant Marvels' A Novel by Chantel Acevedo

'Lovely, Dark, Deep' Stories by Joyce Carol Oates

'The Innocents' A Quinn Colson Novel by Ace Atkins

'Murder Trials' Cicero [Penguin Classics]

'A Quiet Adjustment' A Novel by Benjamin Markovits

'The Abominable' A Novel by Dan Simmons

'Manhattan Nocturne' A Novel by Colin Harrison

'The Philosopher's Kiss' A Novel by Peter Prange Translated by Steve Murray

'Little Bird Of Heaven' A Novel by Joyce Carol Oates

While we were at my doctor's appointment this morning waiting I read 'How Fiction Works' essays by James Wood.

Since getting home I have been doing the usual things. I need to close due to all the noise. Carol is having a face time with Beth and the grandchildren.
