glorycloud's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- man is by nature unable to want God to be God It is 3:16 PM Sunday afternoon on a cold wet gray dreary day. It is 49 degrees but it feels a lot colder to me. I got up this morning around 7 o'clock AM. When I came upstairs I found Carol getting ready to go to church. Carol left for church around 8:30 AM this morning. While Carol was gone I wrote in my paper diary, read, and filmed two videos. I have been watching this afternoon Professional Football and wanting for this day to come to a close. Carol got home from church around 12:30 PM and is now taking a nap. I have not read anything this afternoon, just sitting watching football. This morning I read from a book titled, 'The Reformation as Renewal' by Matthew Barrett. Last night I mainly read before going to bed, 'Sonic Life: A Memoir' by Thurston Moore. I suppose there is nothing else to write this afternoon. I turned off our TV because I was not really into watching football this afternoon. But I suppose I will turn our TV back on and watch some more football. I do not know what I am in the mood to read this afternoon.
