glorycloud's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yea, the person of the believer is indissolubly united to the glorious person of the Son of God It is 12:17 PM Wednesday afternoon here in West Michigan. It is a cold bright sunny afternoon. It has been predicted to begin snowing tomorrow night. We are to be icy bitter cold weather the rest of this week going into next week. Winter is coming back with a vengeance! I got up this morning around 6 o'clock AM. I got up because I was too tired to stay in bed. Also I got out of bed because all the pain in my body makes it impossible to really sleep or even rest. So I got up to see my wife in usual place reading her devotional books. I got a bottle of cold water and sat in my chair seeking to accept my destiny. After I woke up somewhat I got a cup of coffee and messed with our main computer. This morning Carol left around 7:50 AM to meet a friend for breakfast downtown. Carol got home from her meeting with a friend around Noontime. Carol just left to go shopping for whole wheat flour and popcorn. While Carol was gone all morning I wrote in my paper diary and read from these two books- 'Looking Unto Jesus' by Isaac Ambrose 'The Life of Jesus Christ' Part One Volume 1, chapters 1-40 by Ludolph of Saxony This afternoon I have been reading, 'Henry David Thoreau: A Life' by Laura Dassow Walls. I read this biography on the life of Thoreau late into the night last night. Now it is 12:26 PM and existence keeps speeding towards the Day of Resurrection. There is not much else to write. We are still in the midst of a deadly world wide COVID-19 plague. Every day millions of people are dying from this plague. We are all doomed.
