glorycloud's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- doughnut holes It is 9:27 AM Saturday in the flow of life. I do remember what time I crawled out of bed this moring, it was 7 o'clock AM. I woke myself up because I was getting sick of a dream where a woman and a group of kids were throwing mud at me. Carol got put on call during the night and came home. She came to bed around 4 o'clock AM this morning. Right now Carol is out walking Rudy around our neighborhood. It is a blessing living in a neighborhood where there are no suicide bombers. I woke up dreading being live. I like to wake up feeling the joy of the Lord. I got myself a can of coke and a couple of doughnut holes when I got up and walked over to my computer to read stuff on the internet. Carol got up and made a pot of coffee. I sat across from her and drank my tea looking through the morning newspapers. Carol is now back from walking Rudy. She said she feels drained, but has to do errands. I want to find someplace dark this morning to wait it out. I feel awful. It takes me till sometime past Noon before I feel ok inside. Last night I do not remember much. I think I basically wandered the house and read "Tree Of Smoke" a novel by Denis Johnson. I do remember Josiah talking to me. I went to bed around 11:30 PM last night. I remember watching televison last night also. Carol left for work around 10:50 PM last night and got home around 4 o'clock AM because the hospital put her on call. She went to a local grocery store after work and got coke and doughnut holes. It is a blessing to have doughnut holes for a meal in the dead american world. How many people world can eat for breakfast doughnut holes and pop? Americans have a diet fit for a king and queen. I have nothing to do worth doing. It is another hot day outside today. Josiah goes to a wedding today.
